Sniffling

For a while I wondered why the Koffing family hasn't had a new Pokémon added to its disease-infested family. So obviously I decided that I should come up with a Pokémon like that and decided to go with it's baby form - Sniffling.

Sniffling is supposed to be a ball of slightly transparent mucus with a solid, dark nucleus. The snot coming from it's nose only drops a few days after it shows up, being replaced by more snot soon after. It's used by Sniffling to catch prey or use it as a whip.

How do you guys like the concept?
Personally, I really enjoy the way I rendered its snot. It's transparent! I don't think I've rendered anything like that before. But if you look closely you'll notice how the snot is darker towards its center, and that's also something else I'm proud of.
